What the email includes
Paid image-set delivery includes the purchased ZIP, the instructional PDF, and hosted image links when hosting was part of the purchase.
Digital delivery
Everything arrives by email.
No physical package is shipped. The delivery email contains the exact buyer materials included with the purchase.
Normal delivery time: within 50 minutes after successful payment. If nothing has arrived within one hour, check spam and then contact support.
Use the correct email
Enter an email address you can access and check it carefully before paying. Delivery and replacement access are tied to the original purchasing email.
If it does not arrive
Check spam, junk, and filtered folders. If the email is still missing after one hour, use the contact form and include the order reference.
Keep a backup
Download the ZIP and keep your own backup. Hosted links and email access should not be your only copy of purchased files.
Replacement access
Replacement delivery can be reissued to the original purchasing email for 12 months after purchase. Identity and order details may be checked before reissuing access.
Private buyer materials
Buyer PDFs, ZIP files, setup details, and unlisted hosted paths are part of the single-buyer license. Do not forward, publish, or share them.
